Our policy lasts 30 days (including holidays) after you have received your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund. Your request for a refund must be received at [email protected] before the end of 30 days.
We will be responsible for shipping costs and product refunds that meet the following conditions:
- Products with manufacturing defects (Will be assessed by Cherry Picks).
- The product or item received is not the item that was ordered.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Refunds will be issued within 5 business days.
- All refunds will be credited to the customer via the original method of purchase.
To cancel an order, you must let us know within 12 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins we can no longer cancel the order.
