We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Cherry Picks, that’s why we offer a 30-day return & exchange policy. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date.

Please Note:
- Refunds will be issued within 5 business days after inspection.
- All refunds will be credited to the customer via the original method of purchase.
Return Process
- After contacting us, we will provide you with the closest return address to you.
- After returning your item/s, our team will inspect the goods and proceed with an exchange or a refund.
- Item/s returned must be in their original condition with tags and labels attached (If applicable)
Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, you must let us know within 12 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins we can no longer able to cancel the order.
The buyer is responsible for any returns shipping costs if:
- The product does not meet customer’s expectations.
- Selected size does not fit the customer’s body measurements.
- Customer wants an exchange for another product or return it or changed their mind.
- Fast shipping fee is non-refundable.
