Return & Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days (including holidays) after you have received your purchase.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.  Your request for a refund must be received at [email protected] before the end of 30 days.


-To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused with tags still attached and intact, and sent back in its original packaging.
-To complete your return, we will require your order number, reason for return, exchange or total refund.
-There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

We will be responsible for shipping costs and product refunds that meet the following conditions:

-Products with manufacturing defects (will be assessed by Cherry Picks).
-The product or item received is not the item that was ordered.
-Damaged items upon delivery.

All refunds of undamaged and unworn products that have been correctly returned, will be credited to the customer via the original method of purchase.


EXCHANGES

If you need to make an exchange due to size or other reasons, send us an email at [email protected]  You must request the exchange within 30 days (including holidays).

To return an item to us, please follow the below steps:

USA RETURNS

Contact us and provide your order number. 

This can be done via email – [email protected]

Returns must be made within 30 days of order delivered.

You can request a return shipping label, or ship via your preferred method.  Print the label and attach it to your package. Securely package your item. Drop it at any USPS location.

Cherry Picks does not accept any responsibility for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These responsibilities are those of the customer.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (Outside of USA)

When returning an item from overseas, please still make sure to follow the above steps.

Cherry Picks does not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These responsibilities are those of the customer. Therefore we strongly recommend using a secure and tracked service to return the goods to Cherry Picks.

Please contact us at [email protected] and we will provide you with the return address.

Please take care if a customs declaration form is required, to correctly mark the goods as a ‘Returned Item’. This will ensure that no additional customs fees are incurred. In the instance that an item is incorrectly marked and a customs fee is incurred, the item will be returned to the sender

If you are at all uncertain about how to correctly fill in the customs form, then please speak with the relevant customs or post department in your country before returning the item.

 

PLEASE NOTE: 

Any returns received without a completed order number will result in a delay in your refund being processed, and in some circumstances may be returned to the sender.

Returns received outside of the above-stated timelines are not accepted.

Refunds will be issued within 5 days of receiving your return.

All refunds of undamaged and unworn products that have been correctly returned, will be credited to the customer via the original method of purchase.

 

ORDER CANCELATION

To cancel an order, you must let us know within 12 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins we can no longer cancel the order. 

 Please note that orders can only be canceled if they have not already been dispatched. If your order has been dispatched, then we are unable to redirect it, so request that you follow the above return instructions upon receipt.
