We want you to shop confidently at Cherry Picks! That’s why we offer a 7-day return & exchange policy for most items. However, to offer you the best value with competitive prices, free shipping, and covered taxes, sale items are currently eligible for exchange only.

Here’s a quick breakdown:

  • Regular-priced items: 7-day return & exchange policy. Full refund if returned unused and in original condition within 7 days of delivery.
  • Sale items: If you are not satisfied with your sale item, you can exchange it for another size, color, item or style of equal or lesser value within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for sale items at this time.

Please Note:
  • Refunds & Exchanges will be issued within 4-10 business days after inspection.
  • All refunds will be credited to the customer via the original method of purchase.

Return Process

  1. Contact us: Initiate your return by contacting our customer service team via our Help Center.
  2. Return Warehouse: We will provide you with the return address of your preference based on your location. Available return locations: ( US warehouse / China Warehouse )
  3. Shipping: Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item/s are faulty or damaged.

Order Cancellation

  • To cancel an order, you must let us know within 12 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins we can no longer able to cancel the order.
