Because of our careful choices when selecting products to bring to you, and our commitment to keeping our prices affordable, our shipping times (for certain products) may be a little longer than what you are accustomed to. Working with multiple international designers and manufacturers, we don’t place bulk orders or have a large warehouse to store inventory, so we thank you for your understanding. Your order may also be broken into different shipments to get each item to you faster. Shipping times can vary depending on the item and other factors which affect global transportation and supply chains.
-You will receive e-mail notifications once your order is placed, and once it is shipped, along with a tracking number (Depending on the product)
-Shipping times are estimates only. We do not guarantee delivery dates.
POTENTIAL DELAYS AND COVID-19 SHIPPING COST
The health and safety of our employees and customers is our top priority. We’ve redesigned our order fulfillment center to comply with government/state recommended social distancing and personal protective equipment guidelines.
We will notify you when your order is shipped or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
Due to the locations of the manufacturers/printers and international shipping restrictions, products on our website are not available for the following countries:
- North Korea
- Central African Republic

Here’s how you can see the shipping price before placing your order:
-Add the desired product(s) to your cart.
-In your cart, the shipping cost will be calculated based on your cart’s items.
If you ordered more than one item, they might ship separately to get them to you as quickly as possible. You are always welcome to use the contact page to reach out if you have questions about any remaining items you have not received yet.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this stage, please allow time for order processing.
You will then receive a shipment confirmation email notification once your order has shipped (within 1-3 business days). The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active (If applicable).
We collaborate with a global network of printers and manufacturers that make your orders. Once you place an order on the site, each item is sent to the independent printer or manufacturer closest to you.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays, launches, limited-edition releases, or other times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order’s shipment is delayed significantly, we will contact you via email to notify you.
CUSTOM FEES & ENTRY TAXES
Customs fees or entry taxes are the responsibility of the customer if applicable. Please contact your local customs officials or tax authorities with questions about your country’s policies. We cannot provide customs or tax guidance for your country, or guarantee whether or not you will be subject to either. In most cases we have not had any issues, but we do not provide tax or customs advice.
While we make every effort to ensure the delivery of your package, very rarely packages get lost in the mail. Our responsibility lies from shipping until delivery. Once a package has been marked delivered by your mail carrier or parcel carrier, you must contact your local postal office or delivery service to make a claim if you have not received it. We are not responsible for stolen or missing packages that have been marked as delivered. It is your responsibility to provide a safe location for delivery.
For packages which cannot be delivered due to a bad address provided by the customer, refused packages, or packages which cannot be delivered due to the customer not being available during delivery, or other reasons such at this, it is your responsibility to contact your local postal service.
