You can update you addresses on your Addresses under My Account page. Please note that you need to be logged in to manage your addresses.
If you already have an existing account with us and have forgotten your password, please click the user sign at the top bar or main menu to redirect to the login / sign up page. Click the ‘LOST YOUR PASSWORD?’ link. Add the email address associated with your account and an email with instructions will be sent to you to reset your password.
We use Stripe as our primary payment processor. Stripe accepts all major debit and credit cards in addition to local payment methods such as Afterpay, Sofort, iDeal, and more.

In addition to Stripe payment options, we also provide payments vis PayPal.
To view all orders you placed with Cherry Picks, navigate to My Account page and and click on the ‘Orders’ tab. Please note that you need to be logged in to your account to view all your orders. If you placed an order without creating an account, you can create a new account using the email address used while placing your orders and follow the steps above.
To cancel your order, please visit our Help Center’s Cancellation Page and fill the form within 12 hours of placing your order.

We have a strong relationship with artisans and manufacturers from all around the globe. Items are shipped from our warehouses in Japan, U.S., and China depending on the product/s selected.
After returning your item/s, our team will inspect the goods and proceed with an exchange or a refund. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days after inspection.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination. Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient.
